The changes that have occurred in our world in the last three months have many people reeling.  It is shocking how much our day to day lives have changed in that time!

And if you stand back and look at it – people are separating into two distinct groups – those who are leading like never before, and those who are withering and shrinking…

The two extremes that people seem to be experiencing right now are inspiration or fear, which often shows up as either opportunity or stuckness.

Personally, I do find myself coming alive at times like these.  It’s like my journey through so much darkness in my own life has perfectly prepared me to be a light for others in times of crisis.  I saw it happen during the 2008 recession , and I’m seeing it again now.

This is one of my all-time favorite quotes.  Probably because learning is my passion, my joy, and something I invest my precious time and energy into every day. And I see how that serves me through life’s many changes, challenges and opportunities!

The world we knew three months ago does not exist anymore.

Things will not go back to exactly what they were before.

The knowledge, and beliefs, and behaviors that served you well even three months ago may not serve you well as we move into this new future.  Knowledge and alignment to your own ever-expanding path and purpose is becoming more and more critical.  A new layer of misalignments is rising to the surface for all of us to acknowledge and heal.

Times like these reveal the areas where we need to grow personally, those deeper layers of patterns within us that have come up to be addressed and healed if we are to come out of all of this as bigger versions of ourselves…
